Central Book Club - Meets the first Tuesday of every month alternating between Zoom and in-person meetings at Central Library in the Talbert Room at 7pm to discuss a book club pick. Click on "Show more dates" on the above link to register for the rest of the year.
Silent Book Club - Meets the first Friday of every month in person at Central Library in the Talbert Room from 2pm-3:30pm to sit and read together with occasional chat breaks. No specific book is chosen, and everyone brings whatever they are currently reading.
Walking Audiobook Club - Meets the third Thursday of the month to walk and talk about our latest audiobooks or reads. Sometimes, we explore Shipley Nature Center or the Urban Forest. No specific book is chosen, and everyone discusses what they're currently reading or listening to.
Crafter's Corner - Meets the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm in the Talbert Room at Central Library to work on a teacher-led project. Supplies are always provided and space fills up fast, so sign up to save your spot!
Oak View Branch's The Crafter's Corner/ El Rincon del Artesano - The Crafter's Corner is also offered in Spanish at our Oak View Library each month!
Bibliotherapy- Join us for Bibliotherapy Tea - an afternoon of creative activities, writing, relaxation, books and, of course, tea! Keep an eye on our calendar to be notified when they are announced! Registration is required.
